Every coat is built from fine polyester fibre that moves like real hair, never stiff felt. Eyes are hand set acrylic glass with a living catchlight. Paw pads are soft silicone, because you will hold those paws.

We make the twin

Our makers build the coat strand by strand and set the eyes by hand. About six weeks of handwork, or four with the Express upgrade.

You approve the preview before anything ships. Then ten to twelve days of tracked shipping, and someone meets their twinnie.

The Forever Home is a gentler kind of Twinnie. A felted portrait of them at rest, in an acrylic home on walnut, with a lined drawer for ashes or their collar, and a brass plaque engraved with their name. We make it slowly, carefully, and only with your approval at every step.

Questions, answered

How close will it look to my pet?
We work from your photos, marking by marking, and send you a preview for approval before anything ships. Small colour differences can occur between screens and fibre, but nothing leaves our studio until you say it is them.
How long does it take?
About six weeks in the studio at our standard pace, including your preview approval, then ten to twelve days of tracked shipping to your door, on us. In a hurry? The $80 Express upgrade moves you to the front of the queue, four weeks in the studio and at your door in as little as six. Most studios doing this level of likeness quote the better part of a year.
What photos do you need?
Five to ten clear, well lit photos: face front on, both sides, their back, plus any markings you love. A short note about their personality helps us pose them right.
Can you include their ashes or collar?
Yes. The Forever Home has a velvet lined drawer sized for a standard ashes pouch, a collar, tags or a favourite toy. It closes with a soft magnetic touch, nothing is ever locked away from you.
Why only 30 commissions a month?
Every Twinnie is made by hand by a small team. Capping commissions is how we keep the likeness standard high and the turnaround honest. Join the waitlist and you will get first pick of next month's spots.
